Ladies accused of affair with Frank Edoho react, threaten suit
by Adenle Ahmed Abiola · The Eagle OnlineTwo ladies: Former Big Brother Naija housemate, Tega Dominic, and business executive, Amaka Okeke, have broken their silence and threatened legal action against Sandra Onyenucheya, the ex-wife of popular TV host, Frank Edoho, following explosive allegations of extramarital affairs.
The public pushback followed a viral online dispute detailing the breakdown of the marriage of the broadcaster by the wife.
Onyenucheya had publicly accused her estranged husband of serial infidelity, emotional abuse, and financial mismanagement during their marriage.
In her social media posts, she explicitly named Dominic, Okeke, and actress Mbong Amata as some of the women Edoho allegedly slept with or brought into their matrimonial home.
Her statements emerged shortly after rumours circulated linking her romantically to Nigerian singer, Chike.
She fired back by detailing Edoho’s alleged trysts, stating she has “documented evidence” of his behaviour.
While Ugboaja has yet to respond publicly, Dominic and Okeke maintained their denials in separate statements posted on their Instagram pages.
Both women have strongly denied the allegations on their respective Instagram accounts, describing the claims as malicious fabrications and assigning the matter to their lawyers.
In her reaction, Dominic stated that she initially did not want to speak on the matter but felt it necessary to respond after spending a long time avoiding unnecessary drama.
She added that she could no longer remain silent in the face of the allegations.
She said: “I have absolutely no sexual or emotional relationship with Frank Edoho.
“Frank is a great guy and a very good friend of mine.
“We started talking around mid-last year after he sent my mum birthday wishes.
“Like many people in the industry, we already knew each other through social media and mutual familiarity.
“He is also my Kingsman.
“There was never anything inappropriate between us.”
The reality TV star stated that she had worked too hard to build her brand and identity to allow false accusations to tarnish her name.
Dominic said she owed the clarification to her family, friends, supporters, and the reputable brands she had worked with to protect her reputation.
While challenging Onyenucheya to provide evidence, she confirmed that her legal team would take up the matter.
She said: “I believe it is important for evidence to be provided because I will not let this slide.
“My name cannot be dragged carelessly into false narratives.

“This has honestly been very upsetting for me, but moving forward, my lawyers will handle the matter appropriately.
“There will be consequences.
“This will be the only time I address this matter.”
Clarifying the relationship she had with Edoho, Dominic said: “The first and only time I hung out with Frank was with my manager, Paul Ukonu, present.
“I have absolutely nothing to hide.
“And honestly, if I ever had anything to do with Frank romantically, I would say it with my full chest.
“He was separated at the time, and I am also separated.
“If you know me, you know I have never been the type to hide or sneak around.
“I say things exactly as they are.”
On her part, Okeke said she met Edoho in 2024 strictly on business-related matters.
She said they became good friends in May 2025, during a period when Edoho was dealing with a personal issue.
Okeke, who declined to disclose the nature of the personal matter for privacy reasons, said any narrative beyond this account was completely false.
She noted: “I am deeply disappointed to see my name attached to narratives that are malicious, baseless, and entirely inaccurate.
“I kindly ask that people refrain from spreading unverified claims that may harm individuals, families, and reputations.
“I remain focused on my work and will not be engaging further on this matter.
“My legal team has been informed accordingly and will take action in due course.
“Thank you to everyone who has reached out with support.”
