Breaking: Osun 2026: Adeleke in slim win in Ayedaade LGA
by The Eagle Online · The Eagle OnlineThe incumbent and candidate of Accord, Governor Ademola Adeleke, recorded a slim win over his closest rival and candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Bola Oyebamiji, in Ayedaade Local Government Area in Saturday’s governorship election in Osun State.
The result from the LGA was announced by the Returning Officer, Professor Joshua Olalekan Ogunwole, in the early hours of Sunday.
Ogunwole said while the total number of registered voters in the LGA was 77,649, those accredited for the poll were 34,232.
