Priest Loses Consciousness During Holy Communion

A priest lost consciousness in front of worshippers while administering Holy Communion at a church in Poulakida, Nafplio.

According to ekklisiaonline.gr, an ambulance was immediately called and the priest was taken to the Argos Nursing Unit. Before the ambulance arrived, a woman attending the service performed CPR on him.

The priest had experienced a similar fainting episode several days earlier, although emergency medical services were not called at the time.

According to reports, the priest regained consciousness after receiving first aid and later returned home.
