Chandrakumar Chidambaram and Vidwan Vikas Shanmukh Tumkur, 9.30 am; 47th International Nirantara Kalemane Festival inauguration by Shubha Dhananjay, followed by performances by various teams, Kalemane Sabhaangana, Hebbal 2nd Stage, from 2.30 pm onwards.
