Moonlighter 2 is a pretty much a direct follow-up with a similar premise. Will and those close to him ended up relocated to a new village called Tresna, and he’s now running a new shop owned by his landlord Ms. Scratch. However, there’s an opportunity for growth and a chance at a wish that could change everyone’s fates. An Endless Vault appeared and, if Will goes back to his routine of dungeon-running and shop-managing, he might get a wish that would allow him, Tomo, and Zenon to restore their home. The 1.0 launch will let someone beat the story, completely max out the shop, follow a new Bomb Path for combat, and take part in the post-game Infinite Endless Vault for roguelike runs. A new permadeath style Hardcore difficulty will also be here in this version.
