Is ‘Interview With The Vampire’ getting a season four?

The show will return with another new name

The TV adaptation of Anne Rice’s The Vampire Chronicles is set to continue following The Vampire Lestat.

Led by Rolin Jones, AMC’s Interview With The Vampire follows Louis de Pointe du Lac as he recounts his tumultuous relationship with the vampire Lestat.

The first two seasons span the events of Rice’s first novel, while the third season, renamed The Vampire Lestat, was based on the second novel in the series.

Jacob Anderson and Sam Reid lead the show’s cast, alongside Eric Bogosian, Bailey Bass, Assad Zaman, Ben Daniels, and Delainey Hayles.

Will Interview With The Vampire return for a season 4?

AMC has renewed the show for a fourth season, which will be named Queen Of The Damned after Rice’s third novel in the Vampire Chronicles series.

Along with a name change, Queen Of The Damned will have a new showrunner in Hannah Moscovitch, an executive producer on season three. Moscovitch takes the reins from Rolin Jones, who will remain as an executive producer on season four.

Is there a release date for Queen Of The Damned?

AMC has not announced a release date yet, but based on the two-year gap between past seasons, it will likely premiere sometime in 2028.
