Kanye West has been sued by a former employee who has claimed that the rapper hired him to spy on the Kardashians, follow his wife Bianca Censori and more.

According to a complaint filed in Los Angeles on Thursday (October 10) which was obtained by Page Six, an anonymous Michigan-based man identified as John Doe claimed that the ‘Flashing Lights’ rapper – who now goes by Ye – hired him around December 2022 as a deputy campaign director.

Doe went on to claim that his role transitioned into director of intelligence, a role in which he allegedly was required to conduct “various investigations” on the likes of attorneys, those who have sued the rapper as well as his family and loved ones such as his ex-wife and current wife.

The suit read that Doe “was also tasked by Ye to investigate the Kardashian family and supposed various criminal links Ye believed they had with criminal enterprises, including alleged sex trafficking.”

It continued, claiming that Doe was to “hire private investigators to follow and ‘tail’ his wife, Bianca Censori when she was travelling alone to visit family in Australia,” allegedly without her knowledge or consent.

Elsewhere in the suit, Doe also alleged that back in May, Ye allegedly began using nitrous oxide, leading the rapper to display “erratic behavior.”  The claim matches the same allegations Ye’s former chief of staff Milo Yiannopoulos shared back in August on X/Twitter.

Yiannopoulos alleged that dentist Thomas Connelly – who “fixed and permanent” $850,000 titanium teeth for the rapper – got Ye hooked on the chemical which is also known as laughing gas.

Speaking to TMZ, a representative for Connelly said that the claims were “not only factually incorrect but also intentionally misleading.”

The complaint also alleged that Ye asked Doe, also referred to as the “fixer”, to “keep him in the news” both internationally and nationally. Doe was allegedly fired after learning about the alleged abuse occurring at West’s Donda Academy and informing others within the Yeezy leadership about the allegations which he claimed he was harassed for doing so.

Per the suit, Doe claimed that Ye called him after and allegedly shouted, “You’re fucking dead to me,” and played “scary voices that were threatening to harm Doe.”

“The stress and trauma caused by the threats, hostile work environment, and plaintiff’s exposure to illegal and unethical activities severely impacted his mental health and emotional well-being,” the suit alleged.

It continued: “Plaintiff experienced panic attacks, anxiety and severe emotional distress, which caused him to seek medical treatment and was placed in a facility to address his declining mental health.”

In a statement shared to Page Six, Doe’s attorney Ron Zambrano shared: “Our client is so fearful of Ye and his erratic, disturbing and unpredictable behavior that he wishes to remain anonymous for his own safety.

“It’s not only illegal but unconscionable that an employer would threaten any employee with bodily harm or death. Ye has only himself to blame for his mounting legal woes.”

In other news, West recently revealed that he has a new album called ‘Bully’ coming while performing a new song, ‘Beauty and the Beast,’ live at his listening event in China.
