It's all aboard the train to humble town in The Pitt season 2 at the moment.
Doctor Javadi (Shabana Azeez) is outed by a patient for making TikToks about her 'difficult co-workers', medical student James (Lucas Iverso) makes a near-fatal mistake in theater that almost kills a man, and Emma (Laëtitia Hollard) has to draw blood for the first time, only to watch the vial immediately roll under the wheel of a cart.
Add the ongoing yet subtle feud between Doctor Robby (Noah Wyle) and Doctor Al-Hashimi (Sepideh Moafi) into the mix, and everybody is treading on eggshells, including Santos (Isa Briones), who isn't happy with the leadership change.
It's anybody's guess as to what could happen this week, but when does The Pitt season 2 episode 5 hit HBO Max?

For US viewers, The Pitt season 2 episode 5 will drop on Thursday, February 5 at 6pm PT/ 9pm ET. As always, it'll come out on HBO Max, too.
Internationally, you're looking out for these timings:
- US – 6pm PT / 9pm ET
- Canada – 6pm PT / 9pm ET
- India – Friday, February 6 at 7:30am IST
- Singapore – Friday, February 6 at 10am SGT
- Australia – Friday, February 6 at 1pm AEDT
- New Zealand – Friday, February 6 at 3pm NZDT
You'll notice that I've not included the UK here. That's because HBO Max doesn't launch in this nation until sometime in March. It hasn't been released on Sky or Now TV, either, which are usually the homes to HBO Originals on British shores.
