An unidentified person delivered a letter purportedly from Jaish-e-Mohammad to the Hanumangarh station commander, threatening to bomb major stations like Sri Ganganagar, Bikaner, Jodhpur, Kota, Bundi, Udaipur and Jaipur.
Following the threat, security forces including BSF, GRP and RPF conducted a thorough search on the Hanumangarh junction. Despite an extensive search, no suspicious material was found.
Additional Superintendent of Police Pyarelal Meena reached the station for security checks. A case has been registered against an unidentified person and an investigation is underway to ascertain the source of the letter.
