Popular comedian and podcaster Tom Segura and his wife, Christina Pazsitzky, are splitting after nearly two decades of marriage. Reports about their separation have been leading the headlines for months, but now, the couple’s amicable split is official. Tom and Christina are parents to two sons, Ellis and Julian and are committed to co-parent them.

Tom and Christina got married back in 2008 and have two sons: Ellis, born in 2016, and Julian, born in 2018. The couple dotes on their children and have often shared anecdotes about parenting their boys. During the release of the Netflix series Bad Thoughts in 2025, Tom opened up about the chaos his sons create at their home. During his appearance at Jimmy Fallon’s show, Tom said:

“Everything is either broken or peed on in our house. Hammers and pee are everywhere.”

On Your Mom's House podcast, Tom has given different voices to his sons, Ellis and Julian, as a part of sharing funny stories about them. Ellis has been portrayed with a deep voice, while Julian is the one with an accent. Not just this, in 2023, Tom spoke to fellow podcaster Matt Rife about his son’s interests and shared that Ellis enjoys video games and Roblox while Julian loves cars and often gets into people's cars.

Christina P has two standup specials on Netflix, Mother Inferior and Christina P: Mom Genes. In both her podcasts, Christina makes sure to incorporate stories from her motherhood journey and how she dotes on her boys. In Mother Inferior, Christina revealed how Ellis's arrival completely changed her life. Calling herself a ‘fierce mama wolf’, she shared:

“Having a baby broke me down. I love my son, I do. He is the best thing that ever happened to me; he is the love of my life. His name is Ellis, he's 18 months old, and I love him so much.”

Tom Segura and Christina P met in the 1990s when they stepped into the circuit of comedy. The duo were friends and worked together. When Tom got to know about Christina’s breakup from her ex-boyfriend, Tom asked her out. Though she turned him down, she later realised the comfort she enjoyed with him. Soon, the couple began dating and tied the knot in 2008.

The couple had been enjoying their work and parenthood. For the past few months, there had been a lot of chatter about their separation since they stopped appearing together on their podcast. But recently, TMZ reported the couple’s split. For now, neither Tom Segura nor Christina P have released a statement addressing their divorce. 

TMZ was informed of the couple’s split by an anonymous individual close to them. The source told the outlet that the split was "completely amicable" and they maintain their working relationship. The statement could be read as:

"They had a special and productive relationship, creating one of the most successful comedy podcast networks in the industry and, more importantly, two kids. They are taking different paths moving forward while remaining devoted to their children."
