Kelly Osbourne Resents Estranged Sister Aimee, Brother Jack Said 'We Don't Have Great Relationship'

The late Ozzy Osbourne's family and the dynamics among the members have been a subject of discussion for years. Be it his daughter, Kelly Osbourne's excessive weight loss after his death, son, Jack Osbourne's alleged cheating on his spouse or Ozzy's low-key daughter, Aimee Osbourne's estrangement from her siblings, the Osbournes constantly make headlines.

Recently, the Osbourne family has come under scrutiny again after Aimee's reunion with Jack and their mother, Sharon, reportedly made Kelly unhappy. Amid that, the latter's comment about being resentful towards her estranged elder sister and Jack's revelation about their bond have come under focus.

Kelly Osbourne 'resents' Aimee Osbourne for one particular reason, said there's no scope for reconciliation

Aimee Osbourne is the eldest of Sharon Osbourne's three kids, whom she shares with Ozzy Osbourne. She has always liked to stay away from the spotlight and even left him at 16 to stay true to her ideals. Aimee made the decision when their home turned into the set of a reality TV show. Since moving out, Aimee has had little contact with her family and has become estranged from Jack and Kelly. The siblings opened up about the same.

Kelly Osbourne was asked by Paul C. Brunson about her bond with Aimee and the reason why the latter refused to be a part of the MTV show, The Osbournes. The interaction took place during a 2026 episode of We Need To Talk podcast. Kelly said that she couldn't tell 'the whole truth' regarding the reason because even though they were 'not close', she respected Aimee enough 'to keep her anonymity.'

Kelly then said her relationship with Aimee will never mend, as the former will always 'resent' the latter for preventing her from having the ideal big-sister experience. Kelly added that reconciliation is off the table as Aimee allegedly made rude comments about her, tried to change her, and didn't care when she was going through a hard time. In Kelly's words:

"How do I say this without sounding like a b---h? If you're not going to accept me for who I am and constantly be trying to change me and say horrible things about me and truly seem to thrive when I'm not doing well, I don't want you in my life."

Jack Osbourne opened up about their estrangement from sister, Aimee Osbourne

Like Kelly, Jack Osbourne also admitted that the duo did not share a close bond with their elder sister, Aimee. Speaking on the Disrespectfully podcast in August 2025, Jack said Aimee never shared with her siblings why she wanted a private life. He added that everyone was aware of their estrangement, as Aimee has always spoken about it publicly. In his words:

"I've never had the conversation with her [regarding her private life]. We're not close at all. We don't have a great relationship; she'll be the first to tell you that, so it's no secret."

According to Jack, his eldest sister wanted to be an 'obscure, mysterious, moody' musician - much like Fiona Apple or Mazzy Star. It might be why Aimee didn't want her life fully in the public eye and opted out of The Osbournes. Jack also claimed that Aimee considered their family shows a 'low-hanging fruit' and didn't want 'to be seen riding on the coattails' of their dad, Ozzy Osbourne.

However, when the show took off, Aimee might have regretted not being part of it, according to Jack. He stated, "Once the show was hugely successful, I think she was kind of like, 'Well, I can't now come on because I don't want to be seen even more so as jumping on the bandwagon.' And she dug her heels in and wanted to be relatively private and obscure."
