· Eleven Media Group Co., LtdReconstruction materials and consumer goods were further transported to Tedim Township in Chin State via Kalay Township by motor vehicles, according to reports.
The military stated that it has fully regained control of the Chin State areas of Falam, Tedim, and Tonzang, which had previously been under temporary control of insurgent groups. In line with directives from the Head of State, authorities, local residents, and relevant departments are reportedly cooperating to carry out reconstruction and rehabilitation efforts in those areas.
The reconstruction work includes the rapid repair and rebuilding of hospitals, schools, government offices, and religious buildings that were damaged during armed conflicts. Materials required for the rehabilitation process — including cement, roofing sheets, and nails — as well as consumer goods, kitchen supplies, and healthcare items for local residents, were airlifted from Nay Pyi Taw and Mandalay to Kalay by military aircraft on May 25.
On May 26, reconstruction materials and consumer goods provided by the government and already delivered to Kalay were transported onward by motor vehicles to Falam Township.
In addition, on May 27, remaining supplies in Kalay intended for Tedim and Tonzang — including cement, roofing sheets, steel materials, and consumer goods — were transported by road to the two townships. The shipment reportedly arrived in Tedim in the evening.
Officials from the relevant departments received the supplies upon arrival and said they would continue distributing them directly to local residents. Authorities also stated that deliveries to Tonzang would continue and that the government would keep providing assistance based on the needs of the region.
