Hila Klein Files for Divorce from Ethan Klein

Hila Klein has filed for divorce less than two weeks after her husband Ethan Klein’s affair was uncovered, per court filings. They were married for 14 years and together for 20 years. Hila filed on November 2 at the Los Angeles County Superior Court for a dissolution of marriage with minor children. She listed the date of separation as October 13, one week before the final episode of the H3 podcast. Hila asked for joint custody and spousal support. In the documents, she requested that Ethan pay the legal fees and that her last name be changed back to her maiden name, Hacmon. Hila is represented by Laura Wasser and Julian Shojaie. Wasser has previously represented clients like Kim Kardashian in two of her divorce cases and even inspired Kardashian’s character in All’s Fair.

On October 22, Hila shared that Ethan has been having an affair for over six months with an unnamed person. She said he was feeding her lies for months until he finally confessed. Ethan confirmed the affair by resharing the post and asking for privacy for his family. “We stand with Hila and will support her every step of the way. We’re disgusted by Ethan’s actions and the hurt he has caused. We all deserved better: Hila, us, and you,” the H3 podcast team wrote shortly after Hila’s statement went public. It’s unclear if the podcast will continue without Ethan.
