Mia Goth Files for Divorce From Shia LaBeouf

Mia Goth filed for divorce from Shia LaBeouf on October 6 after a decade of marriage. The British actress cited “irreconcilable differences” as the reason for their split, and she also specified that the two had been separated since July 28, 2025. News of their separation had been made public earlier this year when LaBeouf was arrested in New Orleans for two charges of simple battery where he was eventually given probation despite allegedly also harassing locals and shouting homophobic slurs. It was reported at the time that LaBeouf was in New Orleans to be closer to family following his separation from Goth, who has also requested primary custody of their 4-year-old child in the divorce.

It has been a hectic past 24 hours for LaBeouf as the singer FKA Twigs, his ex-girlfriend, also agreed to drop her suit against him on October 6 now that he agreed to void the nondisclosure agreement that prevented her from speaking about their relationship. The NDA had been a part of their 2025 settlement for a suit Twigs had filed against LaBeouf back in 2020 accusing the actor of sexual battery and assault.

In a conversation with Channel 5’s Andrew Callaghan earlier this year, LaBeouf spoke about his then-separation with Goth, calling his now-ex “one of the best girls that’s ever lived.”
