The report should be presented by Special Representative of the Secretary-General and Head of UNMIK Peter Due, who took office in January.

The previous report was discussed by the United Nations Security Council on April 9, and Serbia was represented at that session by Minister of Foreign Affairs Marko Djuric.

This session will be chaired by the ambassador of Greece to the UN, whose country currently holds the one-month rotating presidency of that body.
