Delhi News Live Updates: Former Delhi Chief Minister and AAP national convener Arvind Kejriwal vacated his residence at 6 Flagstaff Road on Friday, moving with his family to the official residence of AAP member Ashok Mittal at 5 Ferozeshah Road. Now, with the retreat of the monsoon season, pollution levels in the city have started to climb again. According to news agency ANI, the average Air Quality Index (AQI) in the national capital over the last 24 hours has been recorded at 166, indicating poor air quality. Some of the most polluted areas in Delhi include Anand Vihar, which has an AQI of 231, Mundka with an AQI of 273, Loni at 201, and the Delhi Institute of Tool Engineering, where the AQI reached 243.

Meanwhile, the Delhi High Court is scheduled to hear a plea regarding the detention of Sonam Wangchuk, a climate activist from Ladakh, on Friday. Wangchuk and several protesters involved in the ‘Chalo Dilli’ march have been in police custody since late Tuesday, over 24 hours after their arrest at the Singhu border on Monday night. They were detained for allegedly breaching prohibitory orders issued shortly before they arrived at Delhi’s border.
