Consortium CLAT Result 2026 Live Updates: The Consortium of National Law Universities (NLUs) has annoucned the Common Law Admission Test (CLAT) 2026 results. Earlier, the exam authority had released the final answer keys on the official website. This year, nearly 92,000 candidates registered for the exam to seek admission into law programmes offered by NLUs and various other institutions nationwide. Candidates can now check their results on the official website at consortiumofnlus.ac.in.

CLAT 2026 Counselling Schedule Out

Approximately 75,009 candidates took the CLAT 2026 exam for Undergraduate (UG) programmes, while 17,335 candidates appeared for the Postgraduate (PG) courses. Since the CLAT 2026 results are announced, the Consortium has also started the counselling process.

Candidates qualifying need to register for CLAT Counselling 2026 to secure admission into various UG and PG programmes offered by participating NLUs and other affiliated colleges across the country.

CLAT 2026 was held on December 7. The Consortium had released the provisional answer key and question booklets on December 10. Candidates were given time till December 12 to raise objections against the answer key. The result due to be released now will be declared after considering the grievances raised against the answer key.

The CLAT UG and CLAT PG question booklet contained 120 multiple choice questions. All the questions carried one mark each.

In each round of counselling, candidates who are allotted a seat at any participating NLU can choose between the ‘Freeze’, ‘Float’ or ‘Exit’ options. To confirm a seat under the ‘Freeze’ option in any of the five counselling rounds, candidates must pay the prescribed non-refundable confirmation fee within the given timeline. Failure to complete the required formalities may result in forfeiture of the allotted seat.
