Barbra Streisand Among Hollywood Celebrities Teaming with Democrats in Last-Ditch Dash to Turn Congress Blue

A litany of left-wing Hollywood celebrities are out making a last-minute push to turn Congress blue as the 2026 election cycle comes down to its last days.

The Hollywood lefties including Barbra Streisand, Bradley Whitford, documentary maker Ken Burns, and imaginary “science” guy Bill Nye have all begun using their social media to make their last-minute pitches for voters to choose radical left-wing candidates, according to The Hill.

The Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee (DCCC), for one, sent out a mass email on Tuesday featuring a plea from Streisand who purportedly told Democrat voters, “As someone fortunate to have a platform larger than most, I believe it is both my right and my duty to speak up when I see injustice in the world.”

“We can’t have a president who doesn’t respect our constitution and relies on his GOP puppets in the House majority to carry out his every whim,” the rabidly anti-Trump Oscar-winning actress added.

“We need a Democratic House Majority if we have any hope of putting a check on this president,” the email bearing her name concluded.

The DCCC also sent out a mass email attributed to The West Wing star Bradley Woodford warning Democrat voters that he is “reaching out because the political reality we face today is far from fiction.”

“I can’t fathom letting Trump hold office with unchecked power for another two years,” the left-wing actor moans in the mass email as he begs for political donations and votes.

“That’s why I’m doing everything I can to ensure Donald Trump and the GOP lose the House this year — and I hope you are too,” he adds in the email.

Democrats only need to flip three seats in the House of Representatives to take control of the lower chamber.

Both Bill Nye, and actor who portrays a children’s TV science show host, and documentary filmmaker Ken Burns are also featured in mailings and messages by Democrat Party organizations and candidates, The Hill added.
