LE SSERAFIM's new title track "BOOMPALA" from their second full album, 'PUREFLOW pt.1', entered Apple Music's 'Today's Top 100: Global' chart at number 46 on May 22. They are one of only four K-pop groups to do this on the first day. The song also charted in 38 countries, reaching number one in Singapore and Taiwan.

On Spotify, the song was played over 1.32 million times in just one day. This attention also helped their older song "CELEBRATION" return to the charts in Japan and Taiwan. LE SSERAFIM currently has over 15.58 million monthly listeners. On YouTube, the song reached number 2 on Japan's trending music chart and number 6 in both the US and South Korea.

"BOOMPALA" is a new word created by the group. It is used like a spell to turn fear into positive energy. The song shares a message to stop worrying and enjoy the moment. It also uses a familiar part of the 90s hit song "Macarena", making it fun for all ages.

LE SSERAFIM will perform at the 2026 Weverse Con Festival at the KSPO Dome and 88 Lawn Field in Seoul on June 6 and 7.
