Actor Go Kyung Pyo delivered an emotional confession on MBC's 'Nolleocoaster,' moving viewers with a heartfelt story about his family.

On the August 2 episode, which marked the final stop of the cast's theme park tour, Noh Hong Chul, Choi Kang Rok, Go Kyung Pyo, and Pani Bottle wrapped up their European theme park adventure by looking back on the attractions they visited while sharing honest stories they had never revealed before.

Known for maintaining high energy throughout the trip, the youngest member, Go Kyung Pyo, opened up to the others about his family for the first time.

Go Kyung Pyo lost his mother on September 26, 2020. At the time, he expressed his grief by saying, "She was the most important person in my life, and she always will be. I will live my life proving the love she gave me."

Reflecting on that period, Go Kyung Pyo shared, "After learning about my mother's illness, the way I viewed life completely changed."

He continued, "I'm not sure when I first developed high blood pressure, but I found out when I enlisted at 28. My blood pressure was so high that I was almost sent home instead of being allowed to enlist."

This also explained why he had been consistently checking his blood pressure at their accommodations throughout the trip with the rest of the cast.

He recalled, "There were even news articles about my enlistment, and fans came from far away to see me off. I said goodbye and enlisted, but then the officers told me I could just go home and let me decide."

However, he revealed that he had an even greater concern weighing on his mind.

"I learned about my mother's illness around the time I enlisted," he said. "I thought about it a lot, but in the end I told myself, 'I'll just go and come back as quickly as possible. My mom will still be around until then.' With that belief, I decided to enlist."

He continued, "After I was discharged from the military, I spent only about six months with my mother before she passed away. Then I began my thirties." He spoke calmly, making the story all the more heartbreaking.

Noh Hong Chul remarked, "You must have been carrying such a heavy burden."

Go Kyung Pyo replied, "Because of that experience, my outlook on life changed a lot. Losing my mother was incredibly painful, but in a way, it also became a turning point in my life. I'm now living life to the fullest for my mother's share as well."

Hearing this, Noh Hong Chul said, "Your mother must have been so happy to see you star in so many great projects."

Go Kyung Pyo smiled and responded, "I'm sure she's still watching over me."

He concluded by saying, "That's why I know how precious these moments are," showing his appreciation by cherishing each day and approaching every stop of the trip with sincerity.
