Seo In Young has revealed the secret behind her recent 15kg weight loss.

On April 15, the singer uploaded a video capturing her Sunday routine on her YouTube channel. In the video, she was seen starting her day by mixing vitamin powder with water, explaining that she replaces meals with vitamins.

She candidly shared that the sudden weight loss has taken a toll on her body, saying she sometimes feels physical discomfort. However, she added that she is now more mindful of her health and consistently takes supplements.

Her strict diet routine also stood out. Before heading to church, Seo In Young prepared roasted eggs, stating that it would serve as her lunch. When asked about dinner, she responded firmly, saying that eating freely would not lead to weight loss.

Previously, Seo In Young mentioned that her main weight loss methods included eating roasted eggs and consuming powdered raw vegetables.

Meanwhile, her YouTube channel has seen explosive growth, surpassing 500,000 subscribers and 14 million cumulative views within just two weeks of its launch.
