ALPHA DRIVE ONE expands its reach from charts to variety shows

ALPHA DRIVE ONE is continuing to build momentum as one of K-pop's most promising rookie groups, expanding its presence beyond the music charts through a growing number of television and YouTube appearances.

The group released its prologue single 'No School Tomorrow' on May 26, 2026 (KST), with the title track 'OMG!' quickly gaining traction among global listeners. Alongside its chart success, ALPHA DRIVE ONE has been showcasing its off-stage charm through a variety of entertainment content.

One recent highlight was the group's appearance on Dingo Music's YouTube channel. Performing over DJ ETHAN KO's signature beats, ALPHA DRIVE ONE delivered live performances of 'OMG!', 'Good Life', and its debut track 'Cinnamon Shake'. The performances highlighted the group's strong live vocals and confident stage presence.

The group's latest release has also achieved notable chart success. Upon release, 'OMG!' topped Japan's iTunes 'K-Pop Top Songs' chart, overall 'Top Songs' chart, and LINE Music's 'BGM & Melody Top 100' chart. The song additionally reached No. 1 on iTunes 'Top Songs' charts in six countries, including Indonesia, Malaysia, and Peru.

Beyond music, the members have continued to connect with audiences through various entertainment programs. Appearing on radio shows such as KBS Cool FM's 'Gabi's Super Radio' and SBS PowerFM's 'Wendy's Young Street', the members showcased their friendly personalities and witty conversation skills, offering a different side from their charismatic stage image.

Individual members have also drawn attention through separate content appearances. Anxin appeared as "Teacher Anxin" on Mnet Plus's ASMR series 'Tingle Room', where he read a fairy tale in a calm and soothing atmosphere. Meanwhile, Sangwon and Junseo appeared on Mnet M2's 'Choi's Crew', completing a roughly seven-kilometer running challenge while displaying the close chemistry that earned them the nickname 'Romanticz'. Sangwon, known for his enthusiasm for running, also shared his personal tips throughout the mission.

The rookie group continues to build momentum ahead of the release of its second mini album this August 2026. ALPHA DRIVE ONE is also set to meet fans around the world through its first fan-con tour, '2026 ALPHA DRIVE ONE FAN-CON TOUR [STAR ROAD]'.
