Actress Moon Geun Young officially turned 40 in Korean age, celebrating another milestone while continuing to receive warm support from fans.

The beloved “Nation’s Little Sister” once again displayed the warm and familiar charm that has earned her public affection for many years.

Born on May 6, 1987, Moon Geun Young is now 39 years old internationally and 40 by Korean age. She debuted as a child actress and rose to nationwide fame through hit dramas such as Autumn in My Heart, Empress Myeongseong, Phoenix, and Painter of the Wind, as well as the film My Little Bride. Her immense popularity earned her the nickname “Nation’s Little Sister.”

In 2017, Moon Geun Young was diagnosed with acute compartment syndrome and underwent four surgeries before successfully recovering her health. Last year, she returned to the stage for the first time in nearly nine years through the play “Orphans.” She also drew attention last month after appearing on the tvN talk show You Quiz on the Block, where she candidly shared updates about her recent life and career.
