Pedestrian seriously injured after getting hit by car on Keolu Drive

A Honolulu Emergency Medical Services ambulance is on the scene of the crash on Keolu Drive.

A 65-year-old man was seriously injured after being struck by a vehicle this morning at the intersection of Kalanianaole Highway and Keolu Drive.

Honolulu Emergency Medical Services said crews responded at about 8:15 a.m. to the scene, where the pedestrian was found with serious injuries.

Paramedics treated the man and transported him to a hospital for further care.
