Mia Goth has filed for divorce from Shia LaBeouf, bringing a formal end to a marriage that had been under strain for more than a year. The petition sets the stage for a custody fight over the couple’s young daughter and seeks to close the door on spousal support entirely.

Goth’s divorce petition asks for primary legal and physical custody of Isabel, her 4-year-old daughter with Shia LaBeouf. Filed on October 6, it gives July 28, 2025, as the date they separated and cites “irreconcilable differences.” She also wants the court to bar spousal support for either of them.
