Eminem’s Ex-Wife Kim Scott Is Back in Jail After Skipping Her Drunk Driving Court Dates

This is the same year Kim Scott survived an apparent suicide attempt and had police called to her home four times. Now a judge has revoked her bond and sent her to jail, offering release only if she enters inpatient treatment.

Kim Scott, 51, is being held in custody at the Macomb County jail in Michigan after a judge revoked her bond over repeated violations.

The Macomb County Sheriff’s Office confirmed the detention to Us Weekly on Friday, August 14. Prosecutors say the judge agreed to release her only if she enters inpatient treatment, according to CBS News.

Scott pleaded no contest in May to operating while intoxicated after she was accused of being impaired when she crashed into a truck earlier this year. She was arrested days later in a separate OWI incident, then allegedly missed her court hearings, which prosecutors say violated her bond terms. A judge issued bench warrants in June that were canceled within a day once she was arraigned.

She was reportedly hospitalized in July after an apparent suicide attempt, with 911 audio obtained by TMZ describing a patient found unconscious. Local law enforcement has been called to her property 10 times in the past two years, four of them in 2026.

Scott and Eminem, 53, were married from 1999 to 2001 and again for three months in 2006. They share daughter Hailie Jade, 30. She’s scheduled to return to court on October 14 for a probable cause conference.
