Candidates will have strategy experience from WEC, ELMS, IMSA, F1, FE or equivalent data-driven motorsport categories.
2. Cadillac F1 Team - Graduate Design Engineer - Silverstone
The Cadillac F1 Team has the opportunity for a Graduate Design Engineer.
This role includes generating accurate 3D CAD models and engineering drawings and working with defined performance, packaging, mass and manufacturing constraints.
You will have a degree in Mechanical, Automotive, Motorsport, Aerospace or Composite Engineering and practical experience with CAD tools.

The ideal candidate will have one-two years of experience in a similar role at a dynamic organisation supporting a fast-paced team and in working with large brands and events.

This position working in the British F4 championship and must be available for all race and testing events in the UK and Europe where you will be preparing and maintaining cars to a very high standard.
You will have a minimum of two years’ experience in single-seaters at No.1 or No.2 race mechanic level.

You will be planning, conducting, and reporting on vehicle and powertrain development tests (track, dyno and rig) and analysing vehicle data logging systems to assess performance and reliability.
