The narrative follows Tate Gordon (Gyllenhaal), a reclusive architect recovering from acute depression who relocates to Cape Cod to complete his latest project. Upon arrival, he connects with a young woman named Wren (Dynevor), whose presence pulls him into a mysterious local conflict.
