Mike White Reveals Two ‘Survivor 50’ Contestants Joining ‘The White Lotus’ Season 4

· Rolling Stone

The cast of The White Lotus’ fourth season has grown by two more guests as creator and Survivor vet Mike White revealed that two of his island mates will appear on the show.

White, who appeared on Survivor in 2018 and even delayed filming on White Lotus Season 4 to participate in the just-concluded Survivor 50, announced on the error-prone live season finale that Charlie Davis and Kamilla Karthigesu, two contestants from the latest season, would soon fly over to France to film their roles on the HBO series.

This isn’t the first time White has invited Survivor contestants to check into The White Lotus: According to Deadline, Season 2 of the series featured cameos by Angelina Keeley and Kara Kay — White’s fellow contestants on Survivor: David vs. Goliath — as hotel guests.

Davis and Karthigesu will likely also play a walk-on role on The White Lotus and not have much interaction with the fourth season’s cast, which includes Vincent Cassel, Steve Coogan, Chris Messina, AJ Michalka, Kumail Nanjiani, Chloe Bennet, Sandra Bernhard, Heather Graham, Max Greenfield, Rosie Perez, and the recently added Laura Dern (replacing Helena Bonham Carter).

White appeared on the Survivor 50 finale via satellite from The White Lotus set in France, where the series is filming a season centered on the Cannes Film Festival.
