Inside the push for Australia to supply world’s most lethal weapons

US Congress is pushing ahead to give the green light to seamless sharing of knowledge of American cutting-edge drones and missiles with Australia so the hardware can eventually be made on Australian soil and sold to Western allies, including the United States.
At the urging of the Australian government and the embassy in Washington, and with the support of State Department officials, almost two dozen bipartisan politicians have sponsored a bill to speed up the transfer.
