Undefeated Teams
No. 1 UConn, Big East, 28-0
UConn remains undefeated despite having the 11th-toughest schedule out of 363 teams, per NET. The Huskies kicked off February against No. 15 Tennessee — the last team UConn lost to back in Feb. 2025 – but things were different this time. The Huskies dominated the second half against the Lady Vols en route to a 30-point victory.
After a return to Big East play, UConn has now won 44 games in a row, which is tied for the seventh-longest streak in D-I women's college basketball history.
UConn's greatest remaining foe in the regular season might be the road. The Huskies play four games in 12 days and five in 16, a stretch that included a trip to Milwaukee to face Marquette (62nd in NET), and another trip to Pennysylvania to take on Villanova (37th) before heading back to Connecticut to host Providence (151st).
