Anil Kapoor's The Night Manager nominated for 2024 International Emmy Awards

The Night Manager, starring Aditya Roy Kapur, Anil Kapoor and Sobhita Dhulipala, has been nominated for the Best Drama Series in the 2024 International Emmy Awards.

The International Academy of Television Arts & Sciences announced the nominations for the 2024 International Emmy Awards today, September 19. Anil Kapoor and Aditya Roy Kapoor's Disney+ Hotstar series, The Night Manager, received a nomination in the Best Drama Series category. A total of 56 nominees were recognized across 14 categories, representing 21 countries.

Also starring Sobhita Dhulipala, The Night Manager will compete against Les Gouttes de Dieu [Drops of God] (France), The Newsreader - Season 2 (Australia), and Iosi, El Espia Arrepentido - Season 2 (Argentina) for the award.

Actor Anil Kapoor rejoiced as he heard the news and told NDTV, "That's fantastic news."

The Night Manager is the Indian version of the British series of the same name. The Indian version of the series has been created by Sandeep Modi. Season two of The Night Manager is currently streaming on Disney+ Hotstar. The series also features Tillotama Shome, Ravi Behl, and Saswata Chatterjee in supporting roles.

The description of the series on the streamer reads, "A dreaded arms dealer, a night manager, and a dangerous game of love and betrayal - it's showtime!"
