AAI recruitment 2026 with 389 Manager and Junior Executive posts, salary upto Rs 1.8 lakh

AAI recruitment 2026: The Airports Authority of India (AAI) has released a notification for recruitment of Manager and Junior Executive posts with 389 vacancies.

AAI recruitment with 389 Manager and Junior Executive posts registration process will start from August 8 and last till September 7.

The recruitment drive is released under advertisement number 12/2026/CHQ/DR-CBT.

Manager (Fire Services): 14 posts
Manager (Operations): 28 posts

Junior Executive (Finance): 36 posts
Junior Executive (Law): 6 posts

Eligibility Criteria:

Candidate must have Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering/Technology or a relevant postgraduate degree (such as MBA, CA, CMA, CFA or LLB) depending on the post.
The university should be UGC-recognised university or AICTE-approved institution.
Managers post: Minimum 3 year of mandatory post-qualification experience in a relevant field.
Junior Executive: doesn’t require experience

Selection Process:

Computer Based Test (CBT)
Objective-type examination
Document verification
Managers: Interview is mandatory after the above selection process procedure.
Final selection will be based on CBT performance, interview, and qualifying the required physical/medical tests.

Upper age limit:

Manager posts: 32 years

Junior Executive: 27 years

Age relaxation: applicable for reserved category candidates as per government rules.

Application fees:

General, OBC and EWS: Rs 1,000
SC, ST, PwBD and Women: No fees.

Pay Scale:

Manager: Rs 60,000–1,80,000
Junior Executive: Rs 40,000–1,40,000
In addition to basic pay, candidates will be entitled to Dearness Allowance (DA), Perks (35% of Basic Pay), House Rent Allowance (HRA), CPF, Gratuity, medical benefits, and other allowances as per AAI rules.
