Class 10 boy dies of snakebite in Rairakhol, see details here

Rairakhol: In a tragic incident, a class 10 boy died of a snakebite in Rairakhol block of Sambalpur district in Odisha. The boy was allegedly sleeping inside the room when the snake bit him.

The incident took place in Sampur village of Rairakhol police station. The deceased student has been identified a Velim Sahu. He was staying and studying at his Maternal uncle’s home.

It has been alleged that the family members first resorted to witchcraft and then as there was no response, they rushed him to the hospital where he was declared brought dead by the doctors. Detailed reports awaited.
