Man killed, woman hospitalised after excessive drinking at Mumbai music event

Mumbai: A man lost his life and woman is hospitalised after they allegedly consumed excessive alcohol during music event in Mumbai, Maharashtra during early hours today.
The deceased man is identified as 28-year-old man. The event was ‘Klangkuenstler All Night Long’ musical show organised at the NSCI Dome in the Worli area.
The incident occurred during the event while dancing, the man and the woman consumed alcohol in huge amount.
Following consumption both of them complained of illness and was rushed to a hospital. The man died during the treatment while the woman is recovering after treatment.

After the investigation, it is being said that the death of the man might have caused due to dehydration. The exact reason remains unknown until investigation is fully completed.
Local police in Mumbai has registered an Accidental Death Report (ADR) and investigating the possible angles under this case.
Further investigation into this matter is underway.
Another such accident took place in the month of April this year. In the accident, two students allegedly died due to drug overdose. Multiple people were arrested in the connection of the case by the police.
