OCC Ltd Executive Engineer Sanjay Kumar Kispatta arrested

Bhubaneswar: Sanjay Kumar Kispatta, Executive Engineer, OCC (Odisha Construction Corporation) Ltd., Bhubaneswar (now deputed to OCCL, Balangir at Lower Suktel Project) has been arrested by Odisha Vigilance for possession of disproportionate assets (DA).

Kispatta will be forwarded today to the Court of Special Judge, Vigilance, Jayapur following his arrest, informed the Vigilance department.

Based on searches conducted on properties of Sanjay Kumar Kispatta, he was found in possession of disproportionate assets including 2 multi storeyed buildings (1 palatial commercial building of area 8000 Sqft. having 23 rooms with comforts of a 3-star hotel), 9 high value plots, deposits Rs 46.09 lakhs, cash Rs.1.16 lakhs, gold 325.562 gms and silver 1.121 kg, 2 four wheelers, etc, which he could not explain satisfactorily.

In this connection, Koraput Vigilance PS case No.15/2026 under Prevention of Corruption Act, 2018 has been registered against Sanjay Kumar Kispatta.

Investigation continuing.
