Acer has launched the TravelLite TL44-53M-G2 in India, a new business laptop designed for professionals and enterprises seeking a combination of performance, portability, and security.

The notebook is powered by Intel Core Ultra Series 3 processors and supports the Intel vPro platform, which provides hardware-assisted security and remote management capabilities for business systems.

The laptop is aimed at small and medium-sized businesses, large enterprises and global capability centres. Its processor platform is designed to distribute workloads across the central processing unit (CPU), graphics processing unit (GPU) and neural processing unit (NPU), supporting everyday productivity, content creation and compatible AI applications.

The Acer TravelLite TL44-53M-G2 features a 14-inch Full HD IPS display with a resolution of 1,920 × 1,200 pixels, a 16:10 aspect ratio and brightness of up to 300 nits.

The taller screen format provides additional vertical workspace for documents, spreadsheets and other professional applications.

The laptop has an aluminium body measuring less than 18mm in thickness and weighing under 1.4kg, making it suitable for users who regularly travel between offices or work remotely.

Its 180-degree hinge allows the display to lie flat, helping users share content during meetings and collaborative work.

Acer has also listed MIL-STD 810H certification for the notebook, indicating that it has been designed and tested against specified durability requirements.

The laptop runs on Intel’s Core Ultra Series 3 platform, which combines CPU, GPU, and dedicated AI acceleration capabilities. Acer says the system is designed to handle professional workloads, video collaboration, content creation, and supported AI-assisted tasks.

The TravelLite TL44-53M-G2 supports up to 128GB of dual-channel DDR5 RAM, allowing businesses to configure the device for different workloads.

For video meetings, the laptop offers an optional 5-megapixel infrared camera with Windows Hello biometric authentication. It also features stereo speakers with DTS Audio and noise-cancelling microphones to support online meetings and remote collaboration.

Pricing, configurations and availability may vary depending on customer requirements.

The company has not announced a single fixed retail price for the Indian market. Prospective buyers will need to check with Acer or its authorised business sales channels for the price and configuration available to them.
