Mumbai: Actor Arjun Kapoor is set to make a surprise appearance on the upcoming episode of Koffee With Karan Season 9, joining actors Varun Dhawan and Janhvi Kapoor.

A newly released promo has offered a glimpse of the episode, teasing entertaining exchanges between the guests and host Karan Johar.

The promo begins with Karan warning that Varun and Janhvi will not be particularly “sanskari” on the famous coffee couch.

In one moment, Varun stands on the table and questions Karan about two people he had stopped talking to. Karan responds that he was hurt by both of them, hinting at a past fallout.

Janhvi also makes a playful remark about gaining weight during the period when Karan was not speaking to her.

Varun compares the filmmaker’s dramatic behaviour to Amitabh Bachchan’s character in Kabhi Khushi Kabhie Gham, adding to the light-hearted exchange.

Arjun’s entry adds another twist as he joins Janhvi, his sister, and Varun, his close friend, for a rapid-fire round.

The segment also recalls Arjun and Varun’s memorable exchange from Season 5, when Varun repeatedly named Arjun during the game.

The ninth season premiered on October 14, 2026, and is the final season of the long-running celebrity talk show.

The upcoming episode featuring Varun and Janhvi, with Arjun’s special appearance, is scheduled to stream on JioHotstar on Wednesday, October 28, at 7 pm.
