Mark sheets and certificates/degree for educational qualifications
Latest Caste Certificate (for SC/ST/OBC candidates, in prescribed Government format)
OBC Non-Creamy Layer certificate issued on or after 01.04.2026 (for OBC candidates)
Income & Asset Certificate based on FY 2025-26, valid for FY 2026-27 (for EWS candidates)
Disability certificate in prescribed format (for PwBD candidates)
Scribe declaration form, if services of a scribe were used
Discharge book/pension payment order (for Ex-servicemen)
No Objection Certificate from employer (for candidates serving in Government/PSU/Bank)
Experience certificate in the prescribed format (Annexure-II of the notification), issued by the Competent Authority of the employer, clearly stating period, post held, and nature of duties
