Odisha Cabinet approves 10 proposals

Bhubaneswar: Odisha Cabinet which met under the chairmanship of Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi today approved a total of 10 proposals of five different departments.
Following the meeting, Chief Secretary Anu Garg briefed the media persons and informed that 10 proposals of five different departments were approved.

Check the proposals which were approved by the state cabinet today:
- State Cabinet approved the turnkey tender process of the project of “Development of Women Workers’ Hostel in Kalibeti Industrial Area, Khordha, Odisha” to be executed through IDCO.
- Implementation of the “Waterfront Development Scheme” with a total outlay of Rs 500.00 crore over a period of five years
- Relaxation of Stamp Duty and Registration Fees in favour of Economically Weaker Section (EWS) beneficiaries covered under PMAYU-2.0.
- Approval of the outcome of the bidding process /tender for “Implementation of 24×7 Water Supply Project for Town Planning Scheme (T.P. 1, 2 & 3) under Jurisdiction of Bhubaneswar Development Authority (BDA) on Engineering, Procurement & Construction (EPC) Contract Including Operation & Maintenance for a Period of Five (5) Years”.
- Approval of the outcome of the bidding process / tender for “Construction of Waste Water Treatment Plant at the Confluence point of River Daya & Ganguanala on Engineering, Procurement & Construction (EPC) Contract Including Operation & Maintenance for a Period of Five (5) Years”.
- State Cabinet today approved construction of a new In-Stream Storage Structure (ISS) downstream of the existing weir, featuring a bridge-cum-barrage along with allied works to ensure a reliable and regulated water supply.
- The State Cabinet today approved the lowest financial bid for construction of the structure and five years of operation maintenance amounting to Rs 440,33,91,470.06 for construction of a new In-Stream Storage Structure (ISS) downstream of the existing weir, featuring a bridge-cum-barrage along with allied works to ensure a reliable and regulated water supply.
- State Cabinet approves the new scheme “Land Bank for Hospitality Infrastructure”
- The State Cabinet has approved the proposal of the Revenue and Disaster Management Department for waiver of the capitalized value of land revenue along with the interest accrued thereon from the date of handing over of advance possession in respect of Ac.0.70 dec. of Government land situated in Mouza-Chakradharpur under Baranga Tahasil of Cuttack District, allotted in favour of the Ministry of Home Affairs, Government of India (3rd Battalion, National Disaster Response Force, Mundali) for construction of an approach road from Banki-Cuttack State Highway to the NDRF Complex at Mundali.
