Man killed after being run over by train in Cuttack

Cuttack: In a tragic incident, a man was killed after being run over by a train in Odisha’s Cuttack city on Saturday. The incident was reported near the old level crossing in Sikharpur area.

The deceased has been identified as localite of the area.

According to reports, the deceased was crossing the railway tracks when the train hit and ran over him, leading to his death on the spot.

On receiving information, personnel from Railway Police reached the spot and started investigation into the matter.
