OASI Gauranga Behera arrested for keeping forced sexual relation with woman

Chhatrapur: The Office Assistant Sub-Inspector (OASI) of Chhatrapur police station, Gauranga Behera has been arrested on Saturday on allegation of keeping forced sexual relation with a woman and betraying her.

Accordfing to sources, OASI Gaurang Behera, who was receiving training at the Chhatrapur Reserve Reserve in Ganjam district, had allegedly forced a woman to keep sexual relation with him against her will then betrayed her.

The woman had loged a complaint at the Chhatrapur police station against him. Acting on the complaint, the police have arrested the OASI and have presented him in the court.

Police is currently investigating the case from all possible angels and is trying to determine the truth of the complaint. The complete details of the incident will be clarified after the investigation.
