Two die in two separate snake bite incident in Odisha’s Angul district

Angul: In two separate incidents, two people died from snake bite in Odisha’s Angul district on Saturday.

According to sources, one woman died from venomous snake bite in Sandhachhak Sahi in Pokatunda. In another incident, a young man died from snake bite in Betara village in Saradhapur panchayat.

The bodies have been sent for postmortem at the Angul district hospital.

Three days earlier, a youth named Sipu died from snake bite while he was sleeping in Belada village under Ghasipura block near the Anadapur outskirts. He died while receiving treatment at the Anandapur hospital.
