Free Health Camp by KIMS Hospital Opens at Puri Sea Beach During Rath Yatra, Watch

Puri: On the occasion of the world-famous Rath Yatra, KIMS Hospital, Bhubaneswar has set up a free health camp for devotees at Digabareni Chhak near Puri sea beach in Odisha.
The camp has 15 AC beds and a 5 ICU beds to provide medical care during the festival. With lakhs of devotees gathering in Puri for the Rath Yatra, the camp aims to ensure quality healthcare services for them.
The health camp was formally inaugurated by Dr. Achyuta Samanta, Founder of KIIT, KISS and KIMS, to extend better medical support to pilgrims, devotees and people. Senior doctors and staff of KIMS Hospital were present at the inaugural event.
At the KIMS health camp in Puri, devotees will get free blood tests, ECG and other medical examinations along with free distribution of medicines. The camp has been organized to provide excellent healthcare to devotees coming from different parts of the state and country. Experienced doctors and paramedical staff are stationed at the camp to serve the devotees.
The health camp, which is operating now at the Digabareni Chhaka on Puri sea beach, will continue till July 27.

This free health service will be of great help to both devotees and tourists visiting Puri sea beach.
Dr. Achyuta Samanta’s this service initiative has been widely appreciated by the public. Dr. Samanta thanked the State Government and the District Administration for their support in providing this service.
On this occasion, Dr. Samanta extended greetings for the world-famous Ghosa Yatra and prayed to Lord Jagannath for the well-being of the people of Odisha.
