Give BJP strong mandate: Ravinder Raina - Greater Kashmir

Jammu, Sep 28: J&K BJP President, Ravinder Raina, today said that people must give his party a strong mandate in assembly polls for comprehensive development.

In a statement he criticised the National Conference (NC) and Congress, accusing them of working to secure the release of terrorists and stone pelters.

Raina asserted that while PM Modi has been dedicated to the welfare of the underprivileged. “ NC and Congress have shown a dangerous inclination towards supporting terrorism and jeopardising the hard-earned peace in the region,”he said.

The BJP Chief highlighted the Modi government’s historic welfare initiatives. “Prime Minister Modi provided free houses, free ration, free LPG cylinders, and health insurance of Rs five lakh to the poor, while NC-Congress never cared for the marginalised sections of society.

The Modi Government has proven to be the true well-wisher of the poor and backward communities,” he said. He emphasised that unlike PM Modi’s people-centric policies, NC has repeatedly demonstrated its support for terrorism, with public promises to release terrorists and stone pelters.
