WBA cruiserweight champion Gilberto Ramirez and WBO ruler Chris Billam-Smith have made weight ahead of their unification clash in Riyadh in Saudi Arabia.

They will fight at the Sports Palace at the top of the bill of the Latino Night show staged by Golden Boy Promotions.

Having made weight, the two shared a long staredown and Billam-Smith said: “Tomorrow night, we get to unify the cruiserweight division. Nobody in this division can live with my intensity.”

“I feel great, I feel ready,” said Ramirez. “Thank you everyone for being here. We’re ready. Time to enjoy Saturday night.”
