Royal Enfield Classic 350 Gorkha Edition Launch Price Rs 2.10 L
by Pearl Daniels · RushLaneRoyal Enfield has launched Classic 350 Gorkha Edition in India, priced at Rs 2,10,684 (ex-showroom, New Delhi). Bookings for the new special edition have commenced from today, August 18, 2026. Inspired by the legacy of the Gorkha Regiment, Classic 350 Gorkha Edition gets an exclusive green colour scheme and unique insignia.
Classic 350 Gorkha Edition – What’s Different?
As seen with the leaked spyshots that surfaced ahead of today’s launch, the most prominent change is the new Gorkha Green colour. Royal Enfield has now officially confirmed the name of this distinctive shade, which gives Classic 350 a military-inspired appearance without making significant changes to the motorcycle’s familiar design.
Another identifying element is the bespoke Gorkha insignia featuring the crossed Khukris. The insignia and associated graphics distinguish Gorkha Edition from other Classic 350 colour options.
The production motorcycle retains the regular Classic 350 configuration, including separate rider and pillion seats. The overall silhouette remains unchanged, with the familiar round headlamp, teardrop-shaped fuel tank, curved fenders and upright riding position.
Just like the recently upgraded Classic 350 range, which comes equipped with an Assist & Slipper Clutch, the new Gorkha Edition also gets the same. A Type-C USB fast charging port has also been added for improved everyday convenience.
Mechanically, there are no major changes. Classic 350 Gorkha Edition continues with Royal Enfield’s familiar J-series engine. The standard Classic 350 uses a 349cc, single-cylinder, air-oil-cooled engine producing 20.2 bhp and 27 Nm, paired with a 5-speed gearbox.
Royal Enfield x Gorkha Collection
Alongside the motorcycle, Royal Enfield has also introduced a dedicated Gorkha Collection of riding and lifestyle merchandise. It includes Jet and Quest helmets, high-ankle leather boots, headgear, apparel and collectibles. The collection uses shades including regimental crimson, olive green, matte black and bronze, with design elements inspired by military uniforms, insignia and crossed Khukris.
Tribute To Gorkha Regiment
Royal Enfield says the special edition has been developed as a tribute to the Gorkha Regiment and its history. The motorcycle’s Gorkha Green paint and crossed-Khukri insignia form the main visual connection with that theme. Classic 350 remains Royal Enfield’s highest-selling motorcycle in India. In July 2026, 39,197 units were sold domestically, representing a 47.82% YoY increase over 26,516 units sold in July 2025.
