Kawasaki has just updated one of its most popular and accessible middle-weight supersport motorcycles to boost its appeal for 2027 mode year. We’re talking about the 2027 Kawasaki Ninja 650 which now gets multiple meaningful updates along with new range of colours to keep it fresh and appealing.

The updated 2027 Kawasaki Ninja 650 has been made available in United Kingdom and it has been priced from GBP 7,499 which roughly translates to Rs 8.16 lakh. It has to be noted that Kawasaki is not up-charging with 2027 Ninja 650 and it carries forward its price tag despite the added equipment, at least in UK market.

India launch date is not yet confirmed and considering the popularity of Kawasaki’s middle-weight lineup in India, there is a good probability of this updated model reaching our markets too. Currently, India-spec Ninja 650 has been priced at Rs 7.91 lakh (Ex-sh) and the 2027 model with all updates might command a higher price tag.

Speaking of updates, 2027 Ninja 650 has been updated in key areas to offer a more dynamic ride and handling along with sure footed braking performance. For starters, 41 mm RSU telescopic front forks have been replaced with 37 mm USD telescopic front forks. This should improve stability and corner carving ability of Ninja 650.

Braking system has been upgraded with 2027 Ninja 650 as the previous model used to get axially mounted twin-piston callipers. Newer 2027 model gets radially mounted quad-piston brake callipers. Both initial bite and brake progression along with braking feedback should be improved with this update.

After the mechanical updates, we can shift our gaze on the aesthetic changes as 2027 Ninja 650 gets two colour options. Lime Green colour has been carried forward and the new colour added is Metallic Matte Graphenesteel Grey / Metallic Spark Black. A 4.3-inch TFT instrument cluster with a host of connected features with proprietary app is also notable.
