Aston Martin Vanquish

Aston Martin, the iconic British sportscar manufacturer, is making big headlines in the Indian market. Not because the company has launched a new offering, but because Aston Martin benefits massively from the new India-UK FTA (Free Trade Agreement). Aston Martin has passed on those tax benefits to the buyers.

This means a major price revision for Aston Martin cars in India and the prices have reduced by a significant amount. By significant, we mean (you might wanna hold on to something), up to Rs 4 Crores (Ex-sh).

Aston Martin Price Cut Up To Rs 4 Crores

Rs 4 Crores in India, could be the sum of someone’s retirement plan, but for Aston Martin buyers, it is just a discount. Jokes aside, even for Aston Martin buyers, Rs 4 Crores is a massive sum and this price cut is likely to make Aston Martins more popular in the country over the Italian rivals in their respective genres.

Thanks to India-UK FTA, Aston Martin prices have come down drastically across the lineup as these sportscars are subjected to significantly less duties and taxes. The highest price revision of Rs 4 Crores is with Aston Martin Vanquish Volante. Previously priced at Rs 10.92 Crores, Vanquish Volante prices are now dropped to Rs 6.90 Crores, Rs 4.02 Crores less!

Aston Martin Vanquish

The most affordable Aston in India, the Vantage S, is now priced at Rs 3.15 Crores, down from Rs 4.99 Crores, making it Rs 1.84 Crores more affordable. Vantage Roadster, on the other hand, has received a price cut of Rs 1.91 Crores as it now costs Rs 3.35 Crores, down from Rs 5.26 Crores (all prices Ex-sh).

Aston Martin’s SUV, the DBX, is now Rs 2.65 Crores more affordable than what it was before, as it now costs Rs 4.15 Crores, down from Rs 6.8 Crores. We have the DB12 S and DB12 S Volante whose prices have gone down by Rs 2.52 Crores and Rs 2.65 Crores, respectively, making them far more affordable than before (all prices Ex-sh).

Vanquish Gets Highest Price Cut

The flagship Vanquish family gets the highest price cut. The regular Coupe model now costs Rs 6.4 Crores, down from Rs 10.11 Crores, making it Rs 3.71 Crores less than pre India-UK FTA prices. Vanquish Volante, is the one that gets highest price cut of Rs 4.02 Crores as it now costs Rs 6.9 Crores, down from Rs 10.92 Crores (all prices Ex-sh).

Vehicles made in UK, are getting massive price reductions owing to the India-UK FTA and then a similar effect can be seen with vehicles built in the European Union, thanks to India-EU FTA.
