Tribeca Festival Reveals Dates and Details for 26th Edition in 2027
Submissions are also now open across Features, Shorts & Music Videos, Tribeca TV, Tribeca Digital Creators, Tribeca Games, Tribeca Podcasts, and Tribeca X.
by Kate Erbland · IndieWireThe fall film festival season hasn’t even wrapped yet, but it’s already time to look forward to the 2027 festival lineup. The Tribeca Festival, presented by OKX, today announced that its 26th edition will take place June 3 – 12, 2027 in New York City. Submissions across the festival’s various categories are now open, including Features, Shorts & Music Videos, Tribeca TV, Tribeca Digital Creators, Tribeca Games, Tribeca Podcasts, and Tribeca X. Plus, festival passes are on sale now, including the returning Under 25 Pass and new Hudson Opening Weekend Pass.
The festival celebrated its 25th anniversary this year and welcomed 57 first-time feature filmmakers, joining an alumni community that includes Ryan Coogler, Damien Chazelle, Jon M. Chu, Daniel Kwan and Daniel Scheinert, Alex Gibney, Jessica Kingdon, Nia DaCosta, and many more.
“Building on a record year at the box office, we cannot wait to welcome our passionate audiences back to New York City for our 26th year to discover and delight in the incredible stories, creativity, and cultural experiences that make Tribeca so special each June,” said Rebecca Glashow, CEO of Tribeca Enterprises, in an official statement. “At its heart, Tribeca has always been about bringing audiences and artists together to experience the new voices shaping our culture.”

Following a successful pilot year, Tribeca will bring back its Under 25 Pass, giving the next generation of culture-obsessed audiences greater access to the Festival. Tribeca will also introduce the new Hudson Opening Weekend Pass, offering access to festival programming from Opening Night through Monday.
Festival passes are on sale now (you can purchase them here), and the full 2027 pass offering includes:

- Hudson All-Access Pass (10 percent discount through October 4): Unlimited priority access to public screenings and events, tickets to Opening and Closing Night, lounge access at Spring Studios, and more.
- NEW: Hudson Opening Weekend Pass: Unlimited priority access to public screenings and events, from Opening Day through Monday, June 7.
- Under 25 Pass: Rush line entry to available screenings and access to midnight screenings and podcasts.
- Ticket Packages (10 percent discount through October 4): Secure tickets online before general public on-sale, available in 8- or 12-ticket increments.
